Low base salary but opportunity to make bonuses if you are successful and meet goals

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. Our sales roles do start off with a lower salary due to commission. Overall annual pay including the commission is in line with the role. But we are always reviewing our offerings and will continue to make adjustments to offer the best for our people.

They tell you it is great but it is rare an employee ever is given enough hours to qualify. They just implemented a 401k match program.

Thank you for your review. Adding in benefits for our hourly employees last year was super exciting for us! You do have to have one year of tenure and work 30+ hours a week to qualify which is standard across most concepts.

Shift managers did not qualify for any benefits. Only general manager, assistant general managers and kitchen manager got benefits.

Thank you for your review. We do offer benefits to hourly employees including Shift Leaders, Host/cashiers and Cooks but you do have to qualify by working 30 hours a week or more and having a year of tenure.

As a Full-Time Employee, you can only receive certain benefits after a year of Service.

Thank you for your review. For hourly employees you do have to have a year of tenure to qualify and work 30+ hours a week. For salaried employees benefits start the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

I didnt really get any financial benefits, but I did get a free meal up to $10 after every shift which was pretty nice. I was a host working an entry level position so that is not very surprising that my benefits were marginal.

4 weeks of PTO Insurance is ok. Average with the industry. 401k match. They basically match all of industry. There is nothing to brag about other than the time off.

Amazing!! Their PTO benefits package simply cannot be beat. Health benefits are perfect and you are offered a 401K after the first year of employment.
