“Again you get $10 off every shift you work. Not the best benefit when some of there food prices are well over $10.”
“$10 off meals when working”
“They have an allotted amount of money given each month for employee appreciation.”
Great benefits, great insurance and PTO unlike any other in the business. You get 20 days of PTO right off the bat. Would give 5 stars but no 401k
No benefits for hourly employees
The worst part is not having the benefits that go with the job. This is a hourly position, however, you answer calls 24/7 and are not subjected to being compensated for those after hours catering details. It is seen as its your business and if you take those calls that's more sales. The commission is not as great as it was sold to me to be. However, the hours Monday thur Friday are definitely the best part.
Time of is hard to get especially on holidays even if you request of
There were no benefits except for senior level management
