They give out sick days but you get in trouble if you call in often. Cannot take vacation when you dont have enough hours.
Multiple options for different levels of insurance which is nice but premiums are high. Need to pay % of medical visit until max out of pocket is reached.
We have to pay too much for dental and the coverage is bad.
Pro: 10-12 paid holidays per calendar year, including the entire week of Christmas. Competitive 401k matching. Cons: Insurance can be expensive for lower wage employees. Unable to increase amount of life insurance, strictly based on annual salary.
All benefits are to cheapest end of things, even health insurance. Still have to pay a lot out of pocket.
