The company provides all the benefits: generous health plan, full dental and vision, life, as well as 6% 401k matching plan. Also 3 weeks PTO.
Contract position. $15 reimbursed for lunch everyday.
Benefits included medical, dental, and vision, but the options for in-network doctors was absolutely awful.
The benefits were pretty good, the company paid 90% of everything, just sucky deductible plans with medical and limited vision plan.
Good health coverage options and dental insurance. HR Support was weak and often delayed. At times staff are left to sort out their own problems. Errors were made on enrollments and staff had to work these out themselves.
Creative, open work spaces. Matching 401(k) and 15 paid days off (excluding holidays). However, those paid days accrued at pay periods, not in one lump sum.
15 days of PTO included sick days. You didn't get separate sicks days like other companies. Plus, they didn't offer commuter benefits.
Totally comprehensive and pays up to 90% of premiums. Very generous.
