Very limited and very expensive if you have a family
I think their packages for healthcare are comparable with other companies in cost and coverage
High cost and high premiums. Horrible health care from a horrible company.
High deductible plan doesn't cover many services - initial funding for HSA is spread throughout the year instead of upfront, approx $40/month, which can put a huge burden at the beginning of the year to self-pay especially for medications
The benefits are decent, but they are very expensive.
Benefits are okay but they aren't great. To get a good plan you are going to get a lot taken out of your paycheck.
Non-PPO family medical plan cost is over $1K per month! Yearly deductible is $5K!
CDHP is a great plan if you don't have much illness or a large family. It's cheaper and easy to use with an HSA that goes year over year. The dental and eye are great.
It's expensive for how many employees they have. Co pays are high. You have to obtain a doctor's note for a sit stand desk instead of them willingly providing them to those who prefer to stand.
Cost went up above national rate 5 plus years. lack of options.. cheap with very high deductible or very expensive with moderate deductible
