“Unlimited” (actually capped at 6 weeks) PTO is great. Depends on your manager, but mine is awesome and hasn’t never denied PTO.

Unlimited PTO as long as people don't take advantage of it.

No actual limit. They essentially let you use it when you want, but trust that the privilege won't be abused.
