Extremely standard. Nothing to write home about. What you’d expect from a retail store
Not much benefits for part time.
Zumiez has a great atmosphere but a lot of that really depends on the regional and store manager. Worked at Zumiez as an Asst. Manager for 2 years and went through 2 store managers. The first one was really cool but was terrible at managing the store. The merchandise was always disorganized and many employees were stealing.
Benefits are not competitive for the Seattle area, but are common for the retail sector. Offer of health insurance after 90 days, 401k after a year. Not even just waiting for the match after the year, it's the option to have the 401k. No work from home allowed, minimal paid holidays. Dogs are allowed in the office, there is a paid cafeteria but not even free coffee.
Health insurance package is quality with relatively low monthly payments. PTO and vacation is earned (FT hourly employees) but racks up quickly. 401k offered. Included outside of the benefits package are company and position benefits such as trips and events for employees.
25% off all items as a Sales Associate. Sounds great at first but will slowly realize everything is majorly overpriced even with the discount.
1 years salaray life insurance plan that requires no self funding. You pay nothing to receive this as long as you’re enrolled in the benefits program
40% off house brands if you are in management. Commission every time you hit a transaction over $100.
Commission allows you to add to your pay significantly but is extremely competitive and varies greatly depending on current season.
They offer health insurance and 401k for anyone who is a manager which is great for the position but definitely not amazing
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
