When you begin a career with Zurich in North America, you become an integral part of a global organization and receive top-quality benefits as part of your total compensation package. These benefit programs are designed to be flexible to maximize advantages and convenience for our employees.
Zurich has been named one of the Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles for the HealthFirst wellness program by the Institute on Innovation in Workforce Well-being.
All benefits are competitive and attractive. Health insurance only offers high deductible plans but they do contribute once a year to HSA.
Generous PTO, able to work remotely, matching 401k and pension plan.
Health insurance is cheaper than most competitors. Salary and other benefits are comparable. Work from home and dress for you day policy was nice.
Zurich has a great 401K match that is 100% vested and includes incentive compensation in the match.
It shocks me that there is no paternity leave. Maternity leave is provided through Disability, so there is a decent paid leave period, could always be better. But to offer absolutely nothing to fathers is pretty antiquated. In fact, if you adopt you are provided a week of paid leave, but if your wife/significant other has a baby, zero. Absolutely ridiculous!
19 PTO days, WFH 1.5 days per week, health insurance, 401K
great 401K benefits: dollar to dollar 6%
The Zurich benefit package is really strong. No complaints at all. From what I have seen and heard from other carriers Zurich should be at the top of the list.
Great Company with Strong Financial strength
6% 401k match, option to buy up to 5 days PTO (On top of the 19 you start with) plus roll over up to 5 days. High deducible health plans
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
