Zynga provides great health benefits, offering both a PPO and HMO for employees to select based on their personal preferences. They've also recently updated their Global Pregnancy & Parental Leave, which gives delivering mothers 6-months of paid leave, paid parental leave of 3-months for fathers, adoptive parents & partners of birth mothers, and infertility services ($20k a lifetime). In addition, those on leave will continue to have their stock vest for up to 6 months.
Enjoys entire Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider network, with very wide prescription drug plan. Or choose Kaiser Permanente if you want to use an HMO.
Excellent Coverage and doesn't cost me anything out of my paycheck.
There are good choices of HMO and PPO. The monthly contribution by the employee is reasonable.
