Not sure. But it is rate 💓 one for me
Good vacation time, great insurance, used vision insurance for the first time and was surprised to see frames included. Great additional benefits for very modest costs like pet insurance, legal advice, gym membership reimbursement. Amazing maternity leave also
very good health benefits - no cost for the employee. They also have a 6 months maternity leave fully paid, and make efforts in general to make sure employees can worry less about health and dependent/elder care.. There is also excellent free food prepared onsite as well as a Cafe open all day (and free). There are also snacks and frequent pop up events with pastries and cocktails.
free lunch snack drink meal
100% Coverage for no cost
Zynga rocks! There are endless perks and employees are valued. Fresh varied food snacks drinks. Table tennis games consoles gym international travel bringing dog to work etc. Absolutely loved working there.
Zynga had great benefits however since the past couple of leadership changes, benefits are standard across the board.
Onsite gym, meals M-F, good healthcare, now a good maternity leave policy, bring dogs to work
The food is pretty amazing, in spite of some minor cutbacks over the past year.
Best - Pretty comprehensive benefit package Worst - Wish there were longer paternity leave and better retirement contribution
