Zynga has arguable some of the benefits offered in the tech industry in the Bay Area. They rival Google/Facebook, free lunches, Free onsite gym with basketball court and free classes, snacks, drinks, game rooms, weekly happy hours, etc. Health coverage is awesome, and fairly low priced to employee and dependents. 401k w/ matching, ESPP, stock options etc. Lots of perks.

Normal tech company offerings. 401k, health care and all the normal stuff if about the normal amount of offerings. The food is nice. 3 meals a day every day, hard to beat.
