Current EmployeeEmployee-only, high deductible health insurance premiums are fantastic, but the cost to add a spouse or dependents is unreasonably high. Friday afternoons off are probably the best benefit, followed closely by the ability to work from home as needed. Some benefits fall in the "at least there's something" category, but the package is respectable for the most part.

Days off are: 23, 27.5, 29.5, 31.5, 35. Additionally you receive 2 additional days off for birth/adoption of a child and 3 days for family death.
