    Decent insurance-they pay for employees insurance, weekly workout classes, on site dietician and sports medicine employees to help with health and wellness, they pay for monthly 5ks in the winter months, 401k matching.

    They PAY for your health insurance, for all their employees. It doesn't come out of your paycheck. But, they currently don't have 401(k) matching.

    They provide health insurance for all employees, but the insurance for you family is absurdly expensive. You are better off getting private policies for any children and your spouse if needed. They provide a 401K plan but they do not match at all. This is very bad for employees because it does not encourage them to save for their retirement in my opinion.

    There is free health insurance, but this does not include vision. This is only a discount plan for vision. You get 15 days of personal time off, but this is all that you get. These 15 days are for your sick time off, your vacation, and any other times that you have to take off due to family emergencies or life events. No more and no less. There is a 401(k) plan. The company does not match to your plan. You are putting it on your own.
