Osram has a really great benefits.
Health insurance has a few options but a high deductible. PTO is good, but there are forced shut-downs around TG / New years. 401K match is good but the new company they are working with is not good (compared to Fidelity).
401K Match up to 6% of salary, healthcare is not as competitive (super high deductibles), no stock options (only for executives), not flexible with WFH schedule. Available free coffee and soda at the office.
Health/Dental insurance is great. Optional life insurance is there and also tuition reimbursement available. Vacation package has opportunities to get better.
Vacation time is highly encouraged to not be rolled over, however, staffing makes it difficult to comply.
Benefits were great at OSRAM when I was there.
