I have not used this benefit but know that athena pays full pay for for 3 month maternity leave

3 months of paid maternity leave (unsure about the length of paternity). For wanting to be a progressive tech company, should consider extending to 6 months. Would retain more top female talent that way. Onsite childcare is very expensive.

6 weeks for all parental leaves is great and shows how committed athena is to keeping it's talent throughout the changes in their lives.
