As people have said before, fathers get 1 month full paid. What hasn't been appropriately discussed is for mothers. The "Standard" (as far as I know) for mothers is that they get short term disability. This usually means 6 weeks at 60% - 70% of your base salary. Athena will supplement 6 weeks of short term disability as well as give an extra 4 weeks of paid time off giving a total of 10 weeks full paid time off. I would not mark this as "Standard". I should also note that as of Sept 1, 2015 the 4 weeks with be increased to 6 weeks meaning 12 total weeks have maternity and 6 total weeks for paternity.
Very generous paternity leave, which is very well received in this culture of young people. Maternity leave is fairly standard.
I'm not a parent, but they do offer fathers Paternity leave if we have babies.
Full paid leave for woman. 1 month for dads
Used to be really weak. I believe they have add weeks to it recently, but keep in mind the company has a history of changing people's jobs when they are out on maternity leave.
