“There were couple of options to choose from the health insurance. I had insurance for the family and we never had any problems in any of our medical claims. ”
The benefits were very good. When I first came to USA from India on H1b visa, they had provided free tickets, accommodations, driver for going to work and the accommodations. Helped me with driving classes and getting a driving license. Helped me to get a bank account and credit card.
Overall at par with the industry
The benefits package is not affordable for more than the employee. It would have cost and additional $800 per month to add my child to my plan!
Cost is a little expensive, but the benefits received are extremely good! Flexible with many options to customize.
no vacations, everything is percentage business typical example of illegal practices. They cheat their consultants badly. And then talk about their reviews and ratings.
Best Thing 1. They provide bunch of options like HSA, FSA, 401K etc. Also you can get added to the affiliated Credit Union affinity in NJ as a CyberThink employee. Worst Thing 1. Insurance premium is too costly 2. Company matching share for insurance premium and 401k is not that great and needs improvement.
Plans offered are expensive and do not provide good coverage for the cost
