Very good benefits compared to other companies I have worked for in past. Health insurance is really good, with Dental, Vision and other standard benefits. WFH allowance is $1000. In addition, you get internet + well being subsidy totaling $100/month. One thing that could be better is 401K match. They say they are going to be looking into 401K match in near future. Last, but not the least, very helpful HR folks who will help and walk you through every step of the way..

App Annie did a great job on updating benefits that are more relevant while we continue to work from home. I miss daily lunch but am happy that those resources have been directed to internet, health and wfh allowances.

Everything is a fire drill. Almost impossible to take vacation time off to do doctors Appt or vacation without being bullied by executives.
