Greate benefit. work from home allowance reimbursement on phone bill, gym, lunch
Good overall compensation package includes all the benefits you would expect
Very good benefits compared to other companies I have worked for in past. Health insurance is really good, with Dental, Vision and other standard benefits. WFH allowance is $1000. In addition, you get internet + well being subsidy totaling $100/month. One thing that could be better is 401K match. They say they are going to be looking into 401K match in near future. Last, but not the least, very helpful HR folks who will help and walk you through every step of the way..
Thank you so much for the positive review! Yes, no promises yet, but we are looking into 401K match. :-) SVP People
good medical insurance, everything else basic
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
In addition to health benefits they offer great WFH benefits including internet, wellbeing and expense coverage for remote office set up.
High base pay + great insurance Stingy with PTO (2 weeks) and no encouragement to take time off
We offer 16 days of PTO in the US
Very good benefits! But no 401k match
App Annie did a great job on updating benefits that are more relevant while we continue to work from home. I miss daily lunch but am happy that those resources have been directed to internet, health and wfh allowances.
Great to hear you value our benefits! Hopefully we can get the office opened soon, targeting in September, and we will organize the lunch again.
Everything is a fire drill. Almost impossible to take vacation time off to do doctors Appt or vacation without being bullied by executives.
They provide their employees with free lunch
