Great Health Insurance coverage, PTO plus sick time, gym reimbursement. A lot of company happy hours and team outings.
The health and dental plan offered to their employees at no cost is unmatched. They are also very generous to their expecting parents, including cases that involve adoption. They offer reimbursement for public transportation, gym memberships and bonuses for performing well. They also give their employees a lot of PTO and Sick time so that you can have time off of work while still accumulating a paid 40 hours.
no top up option on the short term and long term disability
I use to work for a International Finance Firm generating billions $$$ each year and the benefits here at dotloop/Zillow Group are much better! They go above and beyond. Free snacks, full healthcare, pet insurance, Lots of Family benefits, gym reimbursement, commuter options. They offer a lot.
Paternity/Maternity along with health care
Benefits package is incredible, although there are so many benefits it's hard to grasp them all in such a short time.
