the different plan options are easy to go through, different HSA and FSA options are available, copay is relatively low, there are plenty of perks, out reach from the awareness/support team is great

Blue Cross, currently. They have been pretty easy to work with and their premiums are reasonable. If you have a high deductible plan you can contribute to an HSA and DI matched $750 a year for that.
Very expensive, not that good. The HSA contribution to meet the 3k was nice.
