25 days annual leave as standard, increasing to 30 days dependent on length of service, plus your birthday off. Early finish Friday. Generous flexible benefits allowance to spend on medical insurance, travel insurance, travel insurance, critical health cover and pension contributions.

You get a fixed amount allocated for the grade you get into. From Childcare vouchers to your insurance will have to fit in else shed more from your pocket. On-site gym and yearly allowance are good. Team drinks arranged frequently.

The flexible benefits package is very comprehensive allowing you to tailor your benefits to your circumstances. All the normal stuff like pension contributions, private health cover dental etc. Some additional nice touches like access to concierge services if you like and your birthday off as an additional days holiday

Flexibility of working times and day off on birthday

Quirky benefits like a "treat yourself allowance", money each year to spend on yourself. Early 4.00pm finishes each Friday, and 2.00pm at the end of every month.
