“Standard sick pay offering lick most companies in the UK. Can't remember the exact days but it's pretty normal”

Quirky benefits like a "treat yourself allowance", money each year to spend on yourself. Early 4.00pm finishes each Friday, and 2.00pm at the end of every month.

Dunnhumby offer an excellent, flexible and well-consulted benefits package. The benefits package is re-appraised every year and renewed and modified according to the consultation results (as befits a company that works with data!).

You have a flexible benefits allowance so you decide what benefits you want and how much you want to spend on it.

Great benefits. Flexible package so you can choose what you want. Day off on birthday, 4pm finish Fridays. Maternity is not super generous though.
