“Standard sick pay offering lick most companies in the UK. Can't remember the exact days but it's pretty normal”

Great benefit package which allows you to pick and choose benefits depending on your lifestyle (travel insurance, childcare voucher...) in addition to you more regular healthcare, dental care, income protection and life cover. You get a allowance per year and you can use that on all sorts of benefits, one of the best system I have ever encounter in my professional career.

it's a decent mix of the usual benefits - not bad in any way but nothing to brag about to my friends at other firms

Great vacation program in the UK. 25 days basic to which you can add an extra 1 day each year after 2 years' service (up to a maximum of 5 days). This as well as a day off on your birthday means a total of 31 days paid vacation a year.
