Dunnhumby offers an amazing amount of vacation (for the United States that is) and the 401k matching is also definitely better than most. The relatively recent addition of a paid maternity/paternity leave also deserves a callout.

The dunnhumby USA (Boston office) benefits were probably the best I've seen from any company that I've worked at in the past 30 years. Very generous 5 weeks PTO plus holidays and special events. The medical insurance benefits had very good premiums (I don't remember exactly) but it was very sufficient for my family. Their retirement benefit was the best around.
