I've always enjoyed working at e-Builder, but this is an area of frustration. Happy with the 401k match. If you put in 5%, they'll match 4%. This is the only reason why the rating is not a 1. The health insurance is the issue, which went from really bad to even worse. For those living outside Florida, it's extremely difficult or impossible to afford desirable coverage. For instance, family coverage for a PPO plan is $990 for the monthly premium! Even after that, there's still a $1,500 deductible per family member! Even after that, insurance only covers 80% of the medical bills! Who can afford this?! This is very frustrating, especially when I hear of friends in other companies paying very little for great coverage.
