It's a great opportunity out of college, covers everything necessary. No complaints. They offer up to 6% matching.
3 weeks vacation at the onset but never increases based on years of service. HR never responded when I asked for PTO policies Medical benefits are improving but very expensive; dental benefits are terrible, 401 K goes through a broker Two government holidays are not observed and used instead for mandatory company meetings. Training is a required goal in order to get a raise but approval for training is a complicated process unless you're okay with simply going through their online training courses.
High-deductible health insurance that has increased over time. Less than average paid time off. Two days of paid training. Pet insurance.
Great package of benefits. company really listens to their employees and strives to have excellent health and fitness deals.
Best is medical worst is dental and vision
Great package and the company is great!
Best: 4 weeks PTO Worst: Only 1 week of PTO carryover each year. Only 8 paid holidays with "mandatory" events "meeting" the intent of Service Contract Act.
The benefits are pretty standard with what the industry offers: , Medical, Dental, Vision, Health, 3 weeks of PTO, holidays, Pre-tax Metro Benefits, matching 401K, etc. I really enjoyed the Training Credits option and that they let you take advance training credits if needed. I'll be using it to take my PMP later this month!!
Good work/life balance. Average amount of PTO. Bad health insurance with high premiums and co pays.
Our benefits are average for our industry.
