The benefits package is very simple. It covers a basic insurance plan at low cost but it is a major medical plan.
As a contractor, there is no opportunity to participate in 401(k). The medical benefit plan is the basic bare-bones a single wellness checkup a year. The medical package I'm currently enrolled does not cover hospital visits, prescriptions, or non-emergency clinical visits. The premium is roughly $300 a month.
I did not sign up with e-Teams benefit package. However, after reviewing their benefits it looked like they did have some decent offers as far as insurance.
3 days PTO throughout the whole year, they offer MEC and a high deductible health plan, and absolutely no 401k. Horrible!
I didn't take it, the job didn't pay enough and it was short term
Contractor position. Bare minimum benefits provided. Would prefer more health care value while under contract.
The simplicity of this companies benefits package is astounding. It's laid out well, it's easy to follow, and the addition of option choices via their portal is so easy, it's like picking out toppings on a cheeseburger.
I have my own insurance but they do offer it if you need it. They do offer PTO benefits which is good as a W2 Contractor
Paid time off, 401K, health insurance plan and some more options if you want.
Expensive. Extremely high deductibles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
