the money and the vacation
Forget vacation, its not your own. You could be mid-vows at your own wedding, and they wont hesitate to contact you about something trivial.
I think the benefits are great. There are basic plans that fully cover health, dental and vision at no additional charge. You can choose additional coverage options at reasonable rates. I found plans that cover my needs and was easily able to add my spouse.
Great health insurance, the match on the 401k could be higher, nice perks and the company seems to care about their employees.
Good Health insurance, some 401K matching, unlimited PTO (but there are unspoken restrictions)
eHarmony provides unlimited vacation time and a generous 401k plan. They also provide daily breakfast options and lunch a few times a week.
- 401K matching is not great and could be better, but at least it's something. - Medical coverage is good, using Blue Shield for PPO. Monthly deductions from paycheck aren't too bad. - Unlimited vacation sounds nice, but means people actually take less, and don't get payouts for saved up vacation. - Supplemented Equinox gym membership is o.k., but still not cheap for a gym.
The company pays for health and dental benefits for the employee if HMO. Moderate costs for spouse and family. The company offers 401K matching but it is minimal when compared to other companies.
Best things about the benefits package: Equinox gym membership, PPO health, free food, nap pods, 401k contributions, and PTO. Worst: Unlimited vacation time, strict deadlines with changing health plans, and parking costs you
best unlimited vacation time, if singles company pays yuor med insurance
