It is a great benefits package currently. The only thing it is missing is a retirement package--but we have been adding perks to the package each year.
etailz has a decent benefit package. They offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You can contribute to a 401k with company match after 1 year. They offer paid vacation days, but no sick leave. There is paid maternity and paternity leave for employees who have been with the company for a year or longer.
As an intern, not much but flexibility is very important great and the deals and free food are a huge step up compared to many jobs.
The benefit package is robust.
They have great benefits, the free food and snacks are nice, they also give you a wellness reimbursement which is awesome if you have a gym membership or get season passes for skiing. They also have a gym onsite which is convenient.
Love the flexible schedule, lots of PTO, and GREAT life insurance policy! The actual compensation is horribly low. I'm doing the same job as I was before but getting paid $5k less in salary and a couple thousand less since there's no bonuses or commissions in my department.
etailz has a very robust and economical benefits package. They also offer different levels of coverage in order to accommodate employees in different stages of life.
Flexible work hours (for salaried employees in my department), health insurance, lots of office perks (gym/food/company events)
No sick days, so PTO must be taken for serious illness. Good 401k match after you hit your vesting period, otherwise it's average.
Having benefits and wellness reimbursement was great. The snacks and drinks always available was a really nice perk. The limited PTO offer was a joke though.
