their health care package is way overpriced for their full time employees there is honestly much cheaper options on the market.
25% of my check every week it’s not worth it it’s awful and the copay is a lot might as well find one outside of work I was paying almost 400/mo for the basic package benefits only for full time
I get sick time, and a discount.
As a part time employee I did not get a benefits package. Full time employees get more benefits. The only benefit I got was a store discount. The discount was 30% off merchandise.
Working part time, you didn't have many real benefits. There's obviously a discount, which is nice. I believe, looking at my pay stubs, it seems like you earn an hour of sick time per week and they don't seem to limit how many days you take off. However, every time you take a day or two off, or even call out sick, they cut your hours for the next week.
They do not offer any benefits to anyone lower than senior management. What they do offer to the management is barely Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage that you can have if you give up 1/3 - 1/2 of your current paycheck.
Working part time at a retail store you don't get many benefits, but if you're into vinyl at all the 50% off is pretty gnarly.
niot enough coverage and too expensive
I could listen to music all day
if you switch from part time management ot full time your anniversary date reset and the is no vacation time or pto days are granted if you worked over a year wth the company. ie if you become full time during the holiday you dont get a weeks vacation time accrued till then and cant take it for another 7 months after that due to the next couple monthes being considered black out dates
