If you are full time you get good health, dental and eye benefits
Expensive, and options are not the best.
Benefits for full time employees include short term disability. There is no contribution to 401(k). They took away paid maternity leave. Health insurance is a joke. OK Dental and Vision
They got rid of paid parental leave. Effective May 1, 2020, but didn’t inform us until May 20, 2020.
The perks are only available to managers and they receive multiple benefits and bonuses while the wage workers receive no benefits but push 95% of inventory for them to profit from.
Best package of benefits dental vision life even affordable to put kids on it as a store leader we also had a great discount
No insurance for part time employees even if you’re an assistance, you get one weekend off per month and if you’d like a specific weekend off you have to request it. What I do like is that you can get any amount of weeks off as long as they are approved and submitted with time and get an okay amount of PTO. Been with the company for almost two years and am just about to get a raise. Love my job but waiting for change and hoping for full time assistant to open up for benefits. Not a lot of hours.
Great team member discount, contest incentives, 401K match program, PTO, and health benefits. Health benefits are expensive.
There is a 30% employee discount, but part-time employees do not get any insurance, 401k, PTO, etc.
u get a 30& discount by working there part time. that is the only perk. one of the worst things working for this company is the leadership, my manager would sometimes ask us to buy stuff so we can hit our daily sales goal.
