“30% to 40% off storewide discount except clearance items”
“Lots of training on customer service through computer and in person”
“Only for assistant / managers.”
PTO accrual rate isn't very high. Boutique Managers who have been with the company 1 year versus 5 years accrue time off at the same rate. Overall great benefits and work life balance is easy to manage.
Good health, vision, and dental. Great 401k match.
Only worked part time so don't know much about the benefits package since they are only applicable to full time employees
Only the boutique manager receives health insurance and benefits. The employee discount is only 30% for stylists, sales leads, and the assistant manager.
I rate 1 star because I think the employee discount was too little. I was part-time so I didn't receive any benefits. All that I received was the small employee discount.
nothing that i know of but they do offer a very very very very very very generous discount to management but everything is a little overpriced for what they're actually selling to people
Benefits packages aren't available for part-time workers.
Lack of work/life balance.
There wasn't a "package" available.
There are none. Only top management gets benefits, not even the assistant, but the actual store manager. The pay is also too low. Time off was hard to receive because there aren't many employees. Employee discount, very low.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
