benefits are pretty in-line with similar companies within industry. 401K could have a better company match, health insurance has great coverage plans, but can be a little high priced per month. Vacation is great and company has VERY little black out dates at all!

The employee discount is pretty good. Also the ability to have car insurance auto deducted from payroll is cool.

No company sponsored social events, volunteer events or hours, tuition reimbursement, or professional development. This company does not care about you at all and is purely profit-focused.
As a part-time associate I do not need most of the offerings from the benefits package. In discussion with co-workers and from what I've read, the benefits are comparable to companies of similar size.
I have company match 401k, and I have built up vacation hours, the ability to achieve bonus pay. I am on pace to possibly go on the presidents club trip this year. I also take advantage of the health, dental, and vision insurance.
