“you get 20% off a device that is sold in the store (once annually). that is it. If you want a tempered glass or something that icare repair pays pretty much nothing for then depending on who you ask and when you can get it for free or a discounted price or no discount at all”
“They give you a couple of outdated devices to tear down and put it back together, then shove you into working on customer devices. That was when I started, though. I graded higher because they have a more comprehensive training program that prepares you for the job.”
There are no benefits and perks at this time. Management has assured us that there will be in days to come but it is unavailable at this point in time.
There are no Benefits at the Holland or Muskegon locations unless you count unpaid time off for requested dates you might get off IF the owner or manager aren't also requesting the dates off as well
They offer you 2 at part cost repairs a year, with 20% markup. They are kinda crappy parts though, so keep that in mind unless you need microsoldering done. After 6 months, you're allowed to buy one device at cost plus any parts that may/may not have gone into it. You also get 10 percent off of some accessories.
There was no benefits offered. People who had worked there longer had kept saying eventually they would get them. They heard that for at least three years but still nothing.
I was offered no benefits as a tech
Company events, limited discounts on your own cell phone repairs if done by yourself.
Currently we do not have any benefit options, the company needs more employees before it can offer any.
There is no health care right now. The company must have 50 employees to receive that type of benefit.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
