12 days of vacation per year (allows up to 40 hours of vacation time to roll over to the following year), 7 sick days, 7 company holidays, 5 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Medical, Vision, Dental are not too expensive.
j2 has horrible packages. Gives max $1,000 into 401k annually, 14 days PTO annually, and poor health insurance coverage.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits aren't outrageous in terms of cost. They offer a match on 401k contributions, although they could be more generous here. PTO policies are also more than sufficient.

The benefits offered (health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance) were sufficient to meet most needs. In the summer an extra 28 hours of PTO are added which is quite nice.
