“It's poor and expensive at the same time. High fees to add spouse and family.”
“No longer matching employee contributions after COVID”
“Standard 10 days on first offer.”
Company offers a 50% match on your 401(k) contribution. They observe most holidays — even Presidents Day — plus an additional personal day of your choosing in most states (although programming employees may be expected to work some holidays regardless). The company is fairly flexible on work hours and work location, with most jobs.
Perks like concerts are great; the medical benefits are standard; 401k match is good.
Benefits are the weakest of any job I've held. Poor and expensive health care, expensive to add your spouse or family, and they stopped 401(k) matching during the pandemic even though the company did better than ever.
Health insurance costs are high. Anybody married that I know is not on iheart's insurance. They are on the spouses insurance plan.
IHeart Media has great health insurance options.
The occasional meet and greet with artists when they come into studio and sometimes getting free swag.
Health care package was average.
They pay through NYSPL for maternity care. You get 16 weeks. But the benefits don’t cover well for maternity and you pay too much out of pocket Cancelled 401k during Covid
Health insurance coverage not great. No real maternity coverage either.
Everything was fine except the medical coverage was terrible.
