“Sufficient and allowed me to take the time off i needed throughout the year”
Average benefits package. You can negotiate PTO.
Health, Vision, Dental, HSA, 401k. All good benefits.
I liked the people but the benefits were bad and there was no room for raises or promotion.
Terrible pay PLUS a huge deductible on health insurance. On top of struggling to pay living expenses due to the embarrassing pay we also have to pay a lot for medical insurance with a $2000 deductible each year. I have needed mental health care for years but the coverage is so bad I can’t see anyone. I can’t afford $100 out of pocket each visit. The company hates its employees.
Reinstated 401k this year post Covid
PTO is sub-par and not in line with offerings from other companies and period to the next higher accrual level is 5 years!
They matched your 401k which was great and had okay health benefits. No commuter benefits, no bonuses, etc. unless you complained enough to get additional salary or benefits
Free of charge preventative health programs like Livongo and Hinge Health are fantastic.
Great industry, love the environment, very cool place to work. Feels like family
Expensive medical insurance, and maternity leave offered is still years behind. Dental insurance is okay. Upper management is very mental health forward but local leadership has a long ways to go with respecting others' mental health.
