A fair vacation amount every year. Sick time and spirit days offered as well.
No rollover of unused days at the end of the year, no payout for unused days if you leave.
It's ok but really the length is short for industry standard

More vacation should be offered to industry veterans
Two weeks paid vacation to start. The problem is, they like to lay you off and bring you back three months later in another market and you start at ground zero as a brand new employee.
You normally get what you negotiate.
Competitive/comparable with the industry standard.
A lot of days off. Even unexpected days like President day and MLK day. 2 weeks vacation when you start but they do not roll over. Sick days roll over.
