Great perks and PTO.
Very cheap not the best options
The best thing about the benefits package at iMatrix is how easy it was for me and inexpensive to sign up for dental, medical and vision benefits. They also offer a 401k.
Good health insurance was expensive. They don't 401K match and the way they invest your 401k money was also usually uninformed & poor.
Full benefits, Health, Dental, vision. PTO accrues and rolls over( but does cap out if not used)
It actually got WORSE with time amazingly enough, decidedly terrible by the end.
Flexible time off, but it combines vacation and sick days.
Disgraceful. Truly and utterly terrible. Totally non-competitive health insurance means the majority of employees (also due to such poor compensation in base pay) end up on Covered California. There is a terrible 401K that is often remarked about here. Company used to have matching years ago, but no longer. Also when a huge number of complaints were made on the comp package and 401s the top executive of iMatrix told us "work with what you have" and offered to have a financial expert come in to help us navigate the incentives best as possible....that never happened. Lies and more dishonest answers from upper management, who's apparent systematic goal is to create as weak and disrespectful a package as possible. Also the "Commission" structure is constantly changed, so you need an advanced economics or mathematics degree to understand its details, but essentially every few months they change commission plans to continue to take as large a share as possible while leaving most employees, sick, broke, and outa luck.
they do not offer matching
No 401 k option, expensive medial benefits for a family. if you're single it's decent
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
