Full benefits, Health, Dental, vision. PTO accrues and rolls over( but does cap out if not used)
It actually got WORSE with time amazingly enough, decidedly terrible by the end.
Flexible time off, but it combines vacation and sick days.
Disgraceful. Truly and utterly terrible. Totally non-competitive health insurance means the majority of employees (also due to such poor compensation in base pay) end up on Covered California. There is a terrible 401K that is often remarked about here. Company used to have matching years ago, but no longer. Also when a huge number of complaints were made on the comp package and 401s the top executive of iMatrix told us "work with what you have" and offered to have a financial expert come in to help us navigate the incentives best as possible....that never happened. Lies and more dishonest answers from upper management, who's apparent systematic goal is to create as weak and disrespectful a package as possible. Also the "Commission" structure is constantly changed, so you need an advanced economics or mathematics degree to understand its details, but essentially every few months they change commission plans to continue to take as large a share as possible while leaving most employees, sick, broke, and outa luck.
they do not offer matching
401k is pretty weak. The investment options are limited and there is no match as with other companies. This is pretty disapointing, since investing in employees future will increase employee retention. Also- allowing employees the possibility to work from home if necessary. This could also retain valuable team members.
No 401 k option, expensive medial benefits for a family. if you're single it's decent
Terrible 401 k, Health care was minimal, and there were no benefits working for the company. You even had to pay to food or snacks during your nightmare shift.
Good insurance coverage for health, dental and vision and a really solid perks package that's pulled in from the parent company. Stuff like discount movie tickets, theme park passes and things like that. Some positions are slightly underpaid but they make up for it with an excellent work-life balance and a very supportive management team.
Pretty decent benefits for an Obamacare year
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
