The dental insurance was not that great.
The health insurance is expensive with a high deductible and doesn't cover much. The 401k match is based on executive decision. The time off policy is built in a way to maintain the bottom line and they don't pay holidays. There is an occasional quarterly profit share, and they brought back tuition reimbursement, but the process to get reimbursed is overly complex.
family coverage is too expensive than the individual coverage. Gold Plan is the better choice of the three
I never was able to utilize it so this doesn’t pertain to me I know they offered in in less than 60 days. Dental, vision, medical, life all of it.
iQor is pretty generous with PTO and fringe benefits, but the health coverage was atrocious. Family coverage was expensive (premiums and deductibles).
Benefits are horribly expensive. They start at around $100+/mo (just for medical)
benefeit was not a great one. depending on the project you are on, you may work on holidays.
They offer you health insurance, including vision and dental. You can't beat it. Also they have company perks, like discounts on local restaurants and traveling. Things like airfare and hotel accommodations. Very cool.
Over priced with high deductible.
Very expensive very poor health insurance. Company does not match 401k. It’s slightly cheaper to seek coverage as an individual rather than with iqor.
