Health insurance: HSA contribute $1000, monthly rate for a family $120 FSA , monthly rate for a family $240 401k, 3% match, now managed by paychex (2018) Dental: Delta dental, $30/month for a family PTO: 15 days, reimbursable at separation Floating holiday: 5 days. Do not reimburse at separation Holiday : Usual holidays Sick leave: Not restrictive. Maternity leave is 5 weeks. But you could work from home afterwards. The culture is very relaxed. Excellent choice of beverages. Not the best but better than Microsoft and Amazon Tuition Assistance: Not on the paper but will reimburse test costs If you are a Microsoft contractor, you will also get a Free ORCA card for your bus and transits.
