PTO: unlimited sick and vacation days. Most people take about a 20-30 days each year. That's on top of 17 company holidays. Manager actively encourage employees to take vacation and ask them to schedule away time when they resist! Not normal - much loved. Health/Dental/Vision: They pay 100% of the premium, and throw in another $500 to cover deductibles. Family members get 50% coverage too. 401K: doesn't have one but it's 'in the works'
