We've got you covered! iStreamPlanet offers all benefits-eligible employees a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. Think of it as us taking care of you! Offering healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long term disability, a very generous 401k match, and other long term incentives.
Still not satisfied? How about employer contributions to select HSA plans, 10 company-paid holidays, PTO with a variety of paid and unpaid leave of absences, access to discounted pet and home insurance, and charitable gift matching!
401k match is excellent. The health plan is pretty good, though probably weaker than many in the tech sector.
Great benefits package and plenty of options, however it would be nice to have more PTO as vacation and sick time all roll up into one.
Very limited PTO. Free coffee but no free lunch. There's almost no merit-base bonus or stock award no matter how hard you work.
As a subsidiary of Turner we inherit Turner's benefits which are great.
Good 401K plan, free parking and bus pass. Salary and stock options are below average. Ths company was acquired by Turner which is part of Time Warner. Time Warner has a matching 401K, up to 7%. The health plan is expensive but that's a challenge most companies these days.
World-class benefits package via parent company Time-Warner. The days of startup benefits are over.
As a result of the Turner acquisition iStreamPlanet now receives most of its benefits and 401k from Turner and Time Warner. 401k matching is quite generous - up to 6% of eligible pay is matched: 133% on the first 3% and 100% on the next 3%. Medical insurance is provided through Anthem and comes in 3 options: regular PPO, basic PPO, and HDHP (with HSA). HDHP/HSA option comes with employer HSA contributions. Employees pay health care premiums and they are unusually expensive. Dental and vision insurance and providers are Metlife and EyeMed - good but not great.
Small company benefits are limited but sufficient, minimum basic benefits are in place such as healthcare and 401K. Administration of benefits is outsourced and that organization is responsive and helpful.
Decent health+dental+vision benefits coverage, good 401k matching (though the provider, Insperity, provides limited fund options). Vacation time starts at 3 weeks/year, adds an additional week after 2 years on the job. No dedicated sick leave, everything comes out of the same PTO budget. Stock options are given at hire time and sometimes as performance bonus, and vest over 4 years. Redmond office is kept well stocked with snacks, coffee and drinks. Benefits package lacks perks now considered common at tech companies, such as bus pass, gym membership, software discounts, cell phone plan, etc.
The medical premium was very high and so was the deductible.
