“Working from home is relatively flexible and there are no travel costs. However, the company does not communicate with the teachers, so when there is an urgent issue, as you are working from home, you can't ask a colleague or superior for help. There is no support network and it can be quite isolating.”
Great opportunity to teach ESL and interview.
There is none. You will be an independent contractor.
The benefits plan was fine.
There are no benefits you only get paid for the time that you work
One of the most flexible places to work, the scheduling system decouples the decision and is based on reviews. After some time with the company, the pay is actually pretty good and is very high for working part time. The new scheduling system has decimated regular bookings for existing employees.
Had little pay and was ALWAYS WORKING 12 hours a day
Since you are considered a contract employee, there are no benefits package from iTutor Group. You would have to have your own benefits as this is considered supplemental income.
There is no benefits package. Furthermore, the opportunities to receive bonuses (which are already quite low), are put behind several large hurdles.
They have no benefits. They will drop you in a heartbeat. They dont care
There is no benefits package. All consultants are independent contractors.
