Best employer benefit employee out of pocket medical ratio was reasonable, And 3% 401K match, PTO number of vacation days offered.
Maternity leave "benefits" are awful - you get 6 weeks short term disability leave (8 weeks is c-secton) with 75% of your paycheck (even lower if you're in sales and on commission). That's it, you need to save up vacation for any extra time - very pitiful. Technically it's not even maternity, only short term disability for pregnancy. NO paternity leave - can only use vacation.
benefits changed after immix was acquired by Arrow
There are a lot of situations where they will allow you to work from home, particularly if you are a tenured employee.
The best thing is a 401-K matching that matches you up to 3% of your salary. It fully vests after two years I believe and you receive more matching/vesting as you continue in your years there.
Very strong benefits overall. The employee contribution for health insurance coverage is very reasonable. However benefits likely to change with Arrow acquisition.
The benefits are pretty standard, but worked for me.
They do offer you a variety of benefit packages that you will be able to learn about when you are in orientation.
Excellent health benefits, including vision, dental and 401k. Competitive time off-package as well.
Excellent benefits. The cost of health benefits is better than most companies
