Company offers Good Heath Insurance
Company Benefits were very affordable and worth every penny.
Benefits are not competitive with other like companies. Cannot work from home and any time away from office is highly scrutinized. This includes going for a DD coffee. 401k March is minimal and all other benefits are given at minimal levels in order to communicate that are being offered. Not an employee of choice
If you are able to get hired on as an inMusic employee the benefits start immediately. Good medical the dental and the vision could be better but they are comparable to other companies. They also have 401k but don't match much to your contribution at all. Also, the days off and sick time are very good.
Fantastic health insurance. Sub par PTO.
They were not generous at all when it came to time off. Also, they barely helped with health insurance premiums. The 401k match was a joke and so was the bonus structure.
For Temps they should develop an alternative perks package for high performers. It would likely benefit InMusic and the Temps they hire. Please understand this review is for how they treat Temporary Employees only.
Medical benefits are significantly better than peers I've compared to. Deductibles are low, premiums reasonable. Wish there was paid tuition assistance, but I'm satisfied on the whole.
