Were the high deductables for medical care
The benefits were available from the first day of employment. The benefits can be expensive depending on the number of family members under plan.
Pay is really good, company car benefit is a great asset, medical benefits are a little below average compared to other pharmaceutical companies, amount of paid time off for vacations and holidays in the first year is great. If they could only have longer contracts so the benefits last more than a year or two, but that is the downside to working in a contract sales organization.
the benefits coverage was not very good
Good benefit-- health and 401k
2 weeks paid vacation but you had to work during holidays, nights, and weekends. Didn't feel like enough paid time off given the poor work-life balance.
Usually the contract doesn’t last long enough for the match to take place . The health insurance had sizeable premiums and high $1750 deductible . BUT the pay and PTO was very generous so looking at the big picture it was decent for a contracting company .
Company provides health insurance, good number of vacation days and contribute to retirement scheme. Overall the benefits are standard.
Regular Benefits. Not too flexible about working from home.
