Usually the contract doesn’t last long enough for the match to take place . The health insurance had sizeable premiums and high $1750 deductible . BUT the pay and PTO was very generous so looking at the big picture it was decent for a contracting company .
2 weeks paid vacation but you had to work during holidays, nights, and weekends. Didn't feel like enough paid time off given the poor work-life balance.
Company provides health insurance, good number of vacation days and contribute to retirement scheme. Overall the benefits are standard.
