Benefits are excellent and HR is very supportive of their employees.

The choice of HMO or PPO and inhouseIT contributes a significant part of the cost. I'm grateful for the 401K plan but there is no matching contribution.
Benefits are strong, well explained, support in choosing them is great. Rates or plans do not drastically change every year, even if it costs the company money to maintain.
Best part is that they offer them. Worst part is they make you pay part of some and ALL of others. They make it seem like they are doing you some huge favor, in the end, most people do not even use them. High premiums, high deductibles and poor coverage.
