(Let’s try again: sorry for repost.) Hi all - I saw a finance role that seems to be a good fit and aligns with my career path. I have 7 yoe in corporate finance, restructuring, management consulting (big 4): very comfortable and confident with fiscal budgeting, forecasting, 3 statement financial modeling. Any Facebook (Meta) finance recruiters or anyone willing to initiate referral? Happy to have a conversation. Thanks!
ETF Market Strategy Associate
I accepted my first asset management position as a Market Strategy Associate dedicated to ETFs for a large, global company. I came over from the marketing world. They offered me $80k + annual bonus… i definitely overwork and can confidently say I didn’t know what I was signing up for… YE review went well and my boss was happy with my performance. Can I ask for a raise? Am I being underpaid? Thoughts?
Anyone have any insight working at UBS as far as career progression and work-life balance (and if you’re in one of the roles, what salary numbers sound fair)? I have 4 years in retail banking and am interviewing for a KYC Analyst position and a Risk and Control Analyst position currently. Thanks!
I want to make the jump to fintech from retail lending. In my time at my job, I have done literally everything from taking payments, lending(direct and indirect), collections, audit preparation, compliance, customer service, marketing, month end and yearly reports, fraud investigation, court filings, remotely training a new staff, and much more. I am having a hard time translating my experience to what is listed in the job descriptions. Any advice on how to translate my experience?
Excellent 401K 3% match. I don't use the health/dental benefits so not sure on those.
Great Dental/Vision plan, but the actual medical and 401k is average at most. Discretionary Time Off is offered depending on your role. No stock option plan offered.
Matching 401K Roth options. Solid benefits beyond medical and dental, such as mental health coaching
Amazing benefits…especially like the app that allows you to take a foreign language class for free.
Good benefits, 401k, time off, salary
Expensive health insurance , offers HSA. Overal not the worst though
