good health and dental. 401k marching. hard to take time off
Bestbus they match 401k up to 6%. Health premiums are expensive. Company could shoulder more of the cost
medical insurance is okay depending on where you live
Everything is great. They also have pet insurance
The benefits they offer to employees are more expensive than I have received elsewhere and aren't even major companies. They benefits are alright, nothing special but I'm sure they could be worse
Declining annually. United HealthCare (the worst insurance provider in the country due to their high denial rates). High deducible, high premiums; worst I have seen in a decade even before ACA. Limited PTO (reduced entire workforce of an acquired company from 4 to 3 weeks last year) to be used as-earned - 3 weeks with very limited holidays. The best is I guess that they have one at all - but I think that is because it is legally required. Annual bonuses cancelled w/o notice as of last year.
overpriced and under covered. Expect to have your premiums increased yrly
normal benefit package, nothing special.
Got a bill saying I owed money on an eye exam
Dental Insurance needs to improve. They only cover up to 1500 a year when dental cost is really expensive. Need to get a policy at the least 3000 or 5000.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
