Great medical benefits with multiple choices of coverage, including dental. Can choose plans with very small out of pocket expenses.
Employee discounts, 401k matching, multiple healthcare options
I had none since I was part time and only 2 people were full time.
BRUH idk I was part time and I didn't get nothin. The company is cheap tho I'm sure the benefit people full time get is close to Walmart benefits lmaooooo
No benefits other than a free lunch one time.
Part-time Supervisors are eligible for 401K and the company has a matching plan. The law requires paid sick says so part-timers get that too. The employee discount is good. 50% off and you have chances every quarter to earn 70% discount off 1 or 2 items.
As a contractor there were no benefits. But it was a nice place to work.
I was part-time, but the compensation was low. We had a discount that is obviously better than full-price, but not good enough to be able to have a lucy-wardrobe they pressure/advocate you having to work there. Also, they want part-time workers to be "fresh for the floor" so the hours/week is crazy low. 4 hours a week sometimes- even though they say it is based on sales, I was one of the highest and I could barely get enough hours some weeks.
No benefits unless you are SM or ASM.
As a part time employee, there were not really any benefits to speak of. Occasionally, we were able to take advantage of discounts for other brands within the same company.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
