A couple weeks a year for vacation
I believe it is accumulated with the amount of time you stay and work for them
They follow the rules of the states's requirement, 24 days per year is a must for full time but part time not sure.

They are good about making sure you have time off but you have to let them know way in advance
Vacation is on a first come, first serve basis so you need to make sure that you plan your vacation far in advance!
PTO is only for assistant managers and above, but all employees get unpaid vacation
We should have holidays paid for, not lose money.
Good paid time off if requested early enough
many times i requested days off a few weeks in advance the manager would say yes and then schedule me to work anyway. i had to find someone to cover my shifts even though i gave them weeks of advance notice
