Medical and dental are fantastic. Only thing we are missing is better 401k matching. We’ve gotten the ball rolling but definitely hope we plan on buffing the matching up as we continue to grow. Vacation days are great too and very flexible of when you can time off.
Insurance benefits are incredible and employees have to pay absolutely nothing in regards to premiums for themselves or dependants. Ncino even an HSA card to cover your deductible. Time off is more than fair. The 401K matching program is the latest benefit and it still leaves more to be desired but it's a great start and I'm sure they will continue growing the benefit.
